Swiss International School opened its doors in 2017 with an initial enrollment of 300 students from PK to grade 8. As Qatar’s fastest growing school, SISQ now enrolls 800 students and offers a full IBDP program. We are slated for further growth and expect to reach an enrollment of 1,400 over the next few years.
SISQ is an IB continuum school offering first rate educational services to the expatriate and local communities in Doha. Our ethos is deeply rooted in the values of the IB: global citizenship, open-mindedness and the desire to create a better world. SISQ prides itself on its international community and staff, and while our language of instruction is English, we grant a special place to Arabic and French. We also offer German for native and non-native speakers.
At SISQ we believe that our diversity is our biggest strength. We are a dynamic and innovative, research-based school that is forward-looking and trying to prepare students for the challenges of tomorrow’s world. The SISQ vision is to be a student-centered and teacher-focused school, where teachers actively shape the educational program. As the experts in the classroom, teachers design the school’s professional development program empowering each staff member to reach their full potential.
