APPLICATION PROCEDURE

• The Application Fee of QR 500 is a one-off fee payable when you submit an application to AIA. This fee is non-refundable
• The Application Fee includes Assessment Fee
• The registration Fee of QR 2000 is a one-off fee payable at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable
• The seat booking fee of QR 2000 is due before the end of the previous semester
  AIA is eligible to offer the seat to another student in case the student doesn’t show up at the beginning of the semester and the tuition fees are not paid by the deadline
• Tuition fees must be paid every semester by the due dates or it can be paid annually
• If a student joins AIA during the first half of a semester, full tuition and additional fees will be due
• If the student joins during the second half of a semester the full amount of additional fees and 50% of the semester tuition fees will be due
• A written one-month notice is required for the withdrawal of a student otherwise, 50% of a semester’s tuition fees will be due
• All academic textbooks, exercise books, and student journals will be sold at the school store
• School uniform is not included in school fees; they can be purchased separately from the uniform shop located at AIA
• Participation in educational trips organized by the school is considered important to the child’s learning. Parents will be asked to cover the cost of these trips (including transportation, entrance fees etc.)
• All tuition and additional fees are subject to change annually based on approval from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education
