Maktaba Children’s Library has announced that it will be collaborating with StemXplorers to hold a six-week camp for children ages four to 12. The programme is set to be packed with STEM, art, and cooking activities.

Camp Schedule

The camp will run every weekday from 26 June to 11 August, 9 am to 1 pm, except during the Eid Al Adha holidays. The schedule will be as follows:

• 26 June to 30 June: Cooking Camp
• 3 July to 7 July: Around the World in 5 Days
• 10 July to 14 July: Eid Al Adha break
• 17 July to 21 July: Art Camp
• 24 July to 28 July: All Superheros
• 31 July to 4 August: Cooking Camp
• 7 August to 11 August: Sizzlin’ Science

Registration and Pricing

Parents can choose to register their children for one week, three weeks, or six weeks, and Maktaba members get a discount with each package. These are the prices:

• one week: QAR 550 for members/QAR 600 for non-members
• three weeks: QAR 1565 for members/QAR 1800 for non-members
• six weeks: QAR 2970 for members/ QAR 3600 for non-members
