Katara Cultural Village has launched Mahaseel Festival today. This year, 28 farms and six local companies specialising in poultry, meat, and dairy will be taking part. Additionally, two honey and dates companies, eight nurseries, and shops selling traditional Qatari food will join in this celebration of local products.
Where?
The festival will be held on the southern side of Katara.
When?
The festival will continue until 28 January 2023, and visitors can stop by between 9 am and 9 pm. Mahaseel’s market will stay open on weekends until the end of March.
What Else Can I Expect?
There will also be art workshops and activities, according to the chairman of Mahaseel’s organising committee, Salman Al Nuaimi.
