- Canaries (age 12-24 months) – Maximum class size of twelve children with an adult to child ratio of 1:4
- Caterpillars (age 24-36 months) – Maximum class size of fifteen children with an adult to child ratio of 1:5
- Butterflies (age 36+ months) – Maximum class size of fifteen children with an adult to child ratio of 1:5
- The above adult child ratios are to be used as a guideline and every effort is made to comply with them. However, in situations where the ratios above cannot be maintained, the Nursery will NEVER exceed the legal ratio of 1:8
