We are a dynamic International Baccalaureate (IB) World School for over 900 students and 150 expert faculty and staff from over 70 countries.

At ACS Doha, we believe every student should be inspired and challenged to reach their full potential. We bring the philosophy and approach of our established UK schools to our Doha campus and combine them with a programme that integrates our internationalism with the vibrant local traditions, culture and history of Qatar.

The school offers a globally-recognised international and American curriculum. In Early Childhood ACS Doha follows the Early Years Foundation Stage for Pre-K to Kindergarten, and in Lower School (Grades 1-5) it follows the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IBPYP) (currently awaiting full authorisation from the IB). The school also offers the prestigious International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IBMYP) for Grades 6–10, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) for Grades 11–12. In High School (Grades 9-12) students can also choose an American High School Diploma.

Although our programme is challenging, we seek to provide support, including English as an Additional Language and Learning Support, to those who require it, ensuring that every child has the potential to be successful. Our goal is to equip our students to succeed at every age, attend the university of their choice anywhere in the world, and go on and live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Community spirit

Within our halls and classrooms, students, teachers and parents come together to bridge the baps the world sometimes insets between cultures and languages. We actively promote global citizenship as the norm, stimulating our open international community to engage and affect the world around it… both near and far.

ACS Doha is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). In addition, we hold membership in the Council for International Schools (CIS), and the Near East South Asia Council of Overseas Schools (NESA), as well as being licensed by the Ministry of Education in Qatar.
